4. Fees and Recurring Billing

• Service Tiers: One-time fees for Strategic Growth Tiers are due at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions: Recurring plans (Retention and Engagement) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize The Social Expansion to charge your provided payment method every 30 days until canceled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by The Social Expansion as part of your service (such as audit reports or strategy documents) is for your exclusive use. The "The Social Expansion" logo, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of The Social Expansion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Social Expansion shall not be held liable for any account restrictions, shadowbans, or deletions performed by third-party social media platforms. We provide professional advice and outreach; however, the final authority over your social media accounts rests with the respective platforms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or terminate a partnership if we find the client's content to be in violation of legal standards or if the client engages in behavior that threatens the integrity of our outreach methods.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Social Expansion operates.
