Subscription Policy

1. Recurring Billing Authorization By purchasing a Retention Plan ($39.95/mo) or an Engagement Plan ($69.95/mo), you authorize The Social Expansion to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Charges will occur every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase until the subscription is formally canceled.

2. Management & Maintenance Scope These monthly plans cover ongoing profile optimization, community engagement, and algorithmic stabilization as discussed in your initial consultation. These services are labor-intensive and are considered "rendered" at the start of each billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Method: Cancellations can be managed through your Customer Portal or by contacting our support team directly.

  • Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.

  • Effect: Upon cancellation, your professional management will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, at which point the service will terminate.

4. No-Refund Policy for Subscriptions In alignment with our standard terms, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of service if a cancellation occurs mid-cycle.

5. Failed Payments If a recurring charge fails, our system will attempt to re-process the payment. If payment is not secured within 3 days, your active management phase will be paused, and outreach activities will be suspended until your account is brought current.
